Valentine's Cupcake

14 February should be a lovely day since love is in the air, everybody is in love and sharing love with each other, just like us sharing our love by making the best of cupcakes for the order on Valentine's day.

I woke up early in the morning around 4 am and started making the cupcakes... it was quite hectic, but thanks to my perfectionist habit, i've prepared the packaging and all small things in advance. So on the day i just focus in making cupcakes.

Total cupcakes that i made that day was around 120 cupcakes. It was tiring, it was thrilling, but I'm so happy and so glad to see them wrapped beautifully and arrived safely. These are some spoiler of the picture of the day.

Fondant Vs Fresh Cupcake

Fondant Cupcakes we say it... Made out of granulated sugar, water, and corn syrup.. It's very easy to be mold and we can add food coloring to it. It's such fun playing with it, but most of people don't really eat the cake, instead they put it as a mere eye candy.

As for the Fresh Cupcake, It's made freshly everyday and the most important thing in this cupcake is the taste of the cake and the cream on the top.

Cookies and Cream is a variety of ice cream and milkshake based on flavoring of chocolate cookies. Often called the "King Kong of Ice Cream" because it immediately rocketed to the top of the world's favorite ice cream flavor list. HISTORY OF OREO COOKIES

The Oreo cookie was developed and produced by Nabisco in 1912 at its Chelsea factory in New York City. It was commercialized in order to target the British market, whose biscuits were seen by Nabisco to be too ordinary. Originally, Oreos were mound-shaped and available in two flavors; lemon meringue and cream.
In United States, they were sold for 25 cents a pound in novelty cans with clear glass tops. A newer design for the cookie was introduced in 1916 and as the cream falling was by far the more popular of the two available flavors, Nabisco discontinued production of the lemon meringue filling during the 1920s. The modern day Oreo design was developed in 1952, perhaps by William A. Turnier, to include the Nabisco logo.

IRENE & IRENE COOKIES AND CREAM CUPCAKE

The other day, i was thinking about adding some flavor to the cupcake... and thanks God the idea of this cookies and cream is coming... I'm so excited to make it, so started to create the recipe, crushed the oreo, preparing some flour, sugar, milk, etc.

After finished making the cake, i gave it to one of my friends without telling them what flavor it is. After she ate it, she said "I think this cake taste like cookies, not really like a cake"

YATAAA!!! (It's a called Eureka in Japanese lol) I'm making cookies and cream cupcake and even the cupcake itself already tasted like cookies??? All my hard work is paid off... :)

After that, i put the sample of Cookies and Cream at Doo Bee Doo restaurant Jl. Paskal Hypersquare B no. 53 Bandung.
And right away there's a couple bought 2 Red Velvet cupcake and 2 Cookies and Cream Cupcake and THEY LOVED MY COOKIES AND CREAM cupcake even more than Red Velvet one....

So I think i'm officially going to sell this cookies and cream... So now you can order some Cookies and Cream for your package.. :)
